What are the check-in and check-out times?

In every Futura home check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Access details and house rules are on each home page and in the Airbnb listing.

Which area should I choose for a first trip to Rome?

To walk between the main sights, look at the homes by the Colosseum, near the Vatican and around Via Veneto. The homes near Metro A, in Numidio Quadrato and Battistini, are in residential areas and reach Termini, the Spanish Steps and Ottaviano without changing.

Do you have homes for families or groups?

Yes. Nine homes sleep at least three people. Two bedrooms near Via Veneto sleeps up to six; Testaccio and Jonio have two separate bedrooms. Use the Guests filter to see only suitable homes.

Which homes suit a couple?

Four homes are designed for two guests: the Colosseum loft, the loft near St Peter’s, Green House in San Giovanni and the home for two in Battistini. The larger homes work too if you want more space.
